The four-channel baguette pan has a specified channel width of 3⅞ inches. The six-channel version uses 2¹³⁄₃₂-inch channels. Both have a 25⅞-inch channel length and the same overall footprint.

How do the four- and six-channel trays differ?
The four-channel model has 3 7/8-inch-wide channels; the six-channel model has 2 13/32-inch-wide channels. Both have an overall size of 25 7/8 × 17 15/16 inches.
What material and coating do these baguette pans use?
Both models are aluminum with a glazed finish. The exact glaze specification, temperature suitability and cleaning instructions should be confirmed for your application.
Are these perforated French bread pans?
Yes. Both supplied models have perforated curved channels, as shown in their product photographs.
Will they fit an 18 × 26 inch rack?
Check the listed actual pan dimensions and edge profile against the rack runners. The nominal rack format alone does not establish compatibility.
