FROM YOUR DRAWING TO A PAN SPECIFICATION

Custom Baking Pans

Custom made baking trays start with the bread you produce and the equipment you use. China Bakeware manufactures bakeware in our own factory in China. Send your drawing, existing pan reference or dimensions so we can review the required pan shape, material and finish before quotation.

Prepare your custom pan specification ↗

Specify a custom baking tray that fits your production line

A pan must fit both the product and the equipment. Record the outside length, width and height, then describe the usable baking area or individual cavities. Include the rim profile and any oven-guide or rack-runner clearances. A nominal tray format alone does not confirm a fit.

For replacement pans, tell us what needs to change: cavity size, loaf length, the number of pieces per pan or the overall footprint. A drawing with units and critical tolerances is more useful than a product name alone.

Sheet pans and flat trays

Specify the outside footprint, usable surface, rim profile and perforation requirements. Compare the available sheet pan models before defining a new size.

Material and finish belong in the same specification

Our listed products include aluminum baguette and sub pans, and aluminized steel hamburger bun pans. These are different materials: confirm the material, thickness and finish for your selected design rather than assuming every tray uses the same construction.

The product pages identify glazed, Teflon or PFA finishes where supplied for the model. Include your baking temperature and cleaning process when requesting a finish. Suitability, care instructions and any required supporting documentation need to be agreed for the order.

Corrugated trays and anodized aluminum options

A corrugated baking tray uses a formed surface pattern. Specify the corrugation direction, pitch and profile, together with the required tray dimensions. Corrugation is part of the pan geometry; it should be shown in the drawing rather than described only by a product name.

Anodized aluminum is a surface treatment option, distinct from a formed pattern or an applied nonstick coating. Include the intended recipe, baking conditions and cleaning process when requesting the finish. Treatment details and any additional coating are agreed for the proposed design.

For a new shape, compare Pullman and mini loaf pans, cake and tart molds, or pizza baking pans. Include a drawing or sample reference so dimensions, finish and tooling can be reviewed together.

Wholesale baking pans for repeat production

Build a clear order schedule for each pan configuration: quantity, overall dimensions, material, thickness, cavity layout and finish. For repeat purchases, reference the agreed drawing and identify any changes before reordering.

Compare commercial sheet pan wholesale options, toast pans and strapped loaf tins, or muffin and cupcake pans. Sample arrangements, minimum quantity, tooling needs and delivery terms are reviewed for each design.

CUSTOM PAN QUESTIONS

Before sending your drawing

Can I order custom baking pans in a non-standard size?

Send the required dimensions, pan layout and quantity. We review manufacturing feasibility and any tooling needs before confirming a quotation.

Can you work from an existing baking tray?

Provide photographs and measured dimensions of the tray, or describe the sample you can supply. Identify the features that must stay the same and the changes you want.

Do all custom pans have the same minimum order quantity?

No universal pan minimum is listed here. Request confirmation for your chosen construction, finish and tooling needs. The minimum quantity shown for bakery racks does not apply automatically to baking pans.

How do I check oven and rack compatibility?

Compare actual outside dimensions, edge profile and height with the oven guides and rack runners. Include those limits with your drawing; matching a nominal tray size is not enough.
