CAVITY PROFILE & CAPACITY
This hoagie sandwich roll pan combines a flat cavity base with a 3 × 5 layout. Choose it when a flat-bottom mold is part of your product specification, then confirm the detailed cavity profile against a drawing or sample.
The hoagie bun baking tray uses a silicone glazed finish on a metal pan. “8-inch” is the nominal product name: the supplied 198 mm cavity length is approximately 7.8 inches. Compare the round-bottom version separately, because it has a different base profile and PTFE coating.

The pan body is aluminized steel. Silicone glazed describes the coating on that metal body; it is not a flexible silicone baking mold.
Yes. Send the required dimensions, cavity count, material and coating requirements with your order quantity. The final design is agreed after drawing review.
Review baking conditions and cleaning methods with the supplier. Follow the instructions for the specified coating and avoid assuming that different finishes have the same care requirements. See our pan coating guide for the main differences.
