APPLICATION & EQUIPMENT FIT
When specifying a perforated bread pan for rolls or other supported dough pieces, confirm the hole pattern, product size and any liner requirement. This shallow tray has an open baking surface, rather than individual loaf cavities. Choose the solid version when continuous support is needed, and compare other commercial sheet pan sizes for your oven.
These shallow oven trays are an option where a compact edge and a 10 mm overall height fit the production setup. The edge is not folded over or reinforced with a separate bar. Assess support and loaded handling when selecting between 1.5 and 2 mm thickness.
These sheet pan dimensions are 400 × 600 × 10 mm overall. Compare them with your oven guides, rack runners and product clearance. A 400 × 600 mm format alone does not confirm equipment compatibility.
When specifying industrial baking trays or commercial baking sheet pans for repeated handling, include the load, unsupported span and oven cycle. Confirm the sample against those conditions before choosing the final thickness.
