APPLICATION & EQUIPMENT FIT

A compact folded edge for routine bakery handling

For cookie and biscuit production, specify a solid base when you need continuous dough support. If you need a nonstick cookie sheet, the optional PTFE coating should be selected against your recipe, baking conditions and cleaning process. Compare the cookie sheet selection notes before ordering.

These commercial baking trays suit buyers looking for a folded edge in a 400 × 600 mm format. The return folds the cut edge back on itself and adds a second layer at the perimeter. Check the finished edge, corner profile and rack clearance when matching the tray to routine bakery handling.

Compare the 400 × 600 mm outside format with your oven runners. The final height and usable baking area should be shown on the order drawing; they cannot be determined from the corner photograph.

For commercial sheet pans used as bread baking pans, match the base, coating and support arrangement to your recipe and loading method. A hemmed edge is one part of that specification.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Before you order.

Can I choose a PTFE-coated or uncoated pan?

Yes. These aluminum baking pans are available uncoated or with an optional PTFE coating. Specify your preference separately from the solid or perforated base.

Does the photograph show every available option?

No. The photograph shows the actual product example described in its caption. Confirm the base and finish in the specification; the image is not a photograph of every combination.

Can I request a different size or configuration?

Send your drawing for review by our factory. Include the outside dimensions, usable area, thickness, edge profile, perforations, finish and quantity so we can assess the requested changes.
